Recently, the house has been completely refurnished with tasteful, new furniture to ensure you have a wonderful and cozy time. We ourselves highly value the feeling of coming home to luxury and comfort: sleeping in a comfortable bed with beautiful linen, dining at a beautifully set table, relaxing by the pool on a comfortable sunbed, and enjoying a cozy barbecue... In short, everything to fully unwind, just like at home.

The upper floor offers a spacious covered terrace with expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. Inside, you will find a living room with a comfortable seating area, Smart TV, a modern equipped kitchen, and a dining area for ten people. Two bedrooms, each with custom-made wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom, ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The master bathroom has a bathtub and direct access to the terrace.
An external staircase leads to the ground floor, which gives direct access to the pool and sun terrace. This floor has a second, independent living space with Smart TV and kitchen, a dining area for six people, and three furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower and toilet) and built-in wardrobes. The garden is designed with privacy in mind and offers space for relaxation, a refreshing dip, or a barbecue.
The region around Benissa is a true gem on the Costa Blanca, renowned for its idyllic, hidden coves, refined gastronomy, and picturesque, hilly hinterland. It is an eldorado for cycling enthusiasts (both road bike and e-bike), avid hikers, water sports fans, and anyone who simply wants to enjoy the good Mediterranean life. Discover the charm of authentic villages like Moraira, Jávea, Dénia, the mountain fortress Guadelest, the pottery village Gata de Gorgos, and the Jalón wine valley. Important House Rules: Pets are not allowed to keep the villa allergy-friendly. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Villa Para d'Or is aimed at families and those seeking tranquility; therefore, we do not rent to groups of young people. In accordance with Spanish law, ID verification of all guests is mandatory (the main tenant must provide IDs of all fellow travelers).
